The EP Campeche Baby Tarpon is a great Tarpon fly for here and abroad. The head is a EP Crustaceous Brush trimmed flat that will push a ton of water. The rabbit legs/claws wiggle like crazy to work on Tarpon like a string in front of a cat. Tied on a sticky Gamakatsu SC15.
