The Lamson Guru Series II fly reel, much like its predecessor the Guru, is a fully USA-machined 6061 Aluminum and stainless steel super-reliable reel. With its Type II Anodize finish the Guru II is as rugged a reel you’ll find in its price class.

The Guru Series II’s upgraded spool geometry enhances retrieval rates. The newly opened porting reduces weight and improves line & backing drying. A curved cross section arbor and integrated counterbalance improve the reel’s structural stability.
