This is advertised other places as having 10 watt output, and you are saying 3 watts. Is this a different light from a more powerful one Loon makes?

Ah, that was a typo on our part. Thank you for pointing that out. The light output is equal to that of a 10W bulb. This is directly from Loon: “The UV Infiniti Light was designed as a 10W light. During development of the product a change in components lowered the wattage, but not the actual output of the light. In other words, it became more efficient in the same way that an LED bulb that uses 50 watts is far brighter than an incandescent bulb that uses 50 watts.” Hope that helps.
