How Do I Know Which Size I Need?
All gear that uses a sizing chart will have a Size Chart tab next to the full product description. All size charts are directly from the product’s manufacturer.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders will ship in a timely manner. Most orders placed before 12:00 pm (EST) will be sent out that day. Express shipping options are also available on the cart page. See the Shipping Policy page for more info.
How Do I Make A Return?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it to:

All items must be returned in new, unused condition, in the original package with all the tags still attached. Special Orders (the order of gear we do not keep in stock) can only be returned for store credit. See the Guarantee & Returns Policy page for more info.
How Does Sale Tax Work?
The Florida State Sales Tax rate is 7%, it will be applied to any order being shipped to a Florida address. Orders shipped outside of Florida will not be taxed. See the Shipping Policy page for more info.
What Are Backorders?
Generally out of stock items are not able to be ordered, however the situation may arise in which an out of stock product was ordered. If this occurs our first course of action is to contact you and let you which item is out of stock. If it less than $10 we will issue a refund for the missing item. If it is over $10 and if the vendor has the item in stock and we can get it to you in a timely manner, we will backorder the item and ship it to you as soon as possible. If not, you may chose to be refunded for that item or to substitute it with another item.

Can I Track My Order?
Yes, we send you the tracking number for your order when it is shipped.
Is My Order Secure?
How Do Gift Cards Work?
To order a gift card, first go to the Gift Card page. Then select the gift card’s balance and provide us with the recipient’s name, email address, and a short message. Click Add To Cart. After adding the gift card to your cart you may continue shopping or checkout normally. To order multiple gift cards simply repeat this process after clicking Add To Cart.
After you checkout and complete the order we will send the activated gift card code to recipient’s email address you provided. This may take up to 24 hours after the order is completed. To redeem the the gift card the recipient may enter the gift card code on the Checkout page or print the email and bring it into the shop.
Can I Call In My Order Over The Phone?
Yes, you can call us to place an order. Called-in phone orders may be subject to a processing fee which will be discussed with you over the phone. There are never any processing fees when you place your order online on the website.
What If I Can't Find What I'm Looking For?
You can easily double check to see if we carry a certain a product by using the search form located near the top-right corner of the page. You can also message or call the shop.
If it’s fly fishing related and we don’t have it, chances are we can get it and we are more than happy to special order it for you. To request a special order drop us a message on the Contact page or give us a call.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We also offer the option of checking out with PayPal.
