All gear must be returned in the same condition you received it: new & unused, in the original package, with all the tags still attached.
We understand fly rod satisfaction is based on "feel", feel free to test drive your new fly rods in the backyard or on the front lawn. Rods that have been fished or have dirty handles are not returnable.

Really? That response is insulting and incorrect. Fly tyers know that there are problems with dumbbell eyes twisting if not properly tied on. I stand by my original review.

Hi Jim, we’re sorry you had that experience. If you grip the fly and twist hard, any fly will break loose. Normally there isn’t a lot of lateral torque (unless induced by hand). Normal casting and use will not twist the fly on the hook.
