A crab that hangs in the water column
Simon’s Suspend Crab fits a niche on the flats that most other crab fly don’t. There’s a piece of foam on the top while epoxy on the bottom balances it out. What you get is a fly that suspends higher in the water which makes it perfect for throwing into mangrove edges. Bonefish will knock crabs off the roots and then swoop in to eat them. This is the money fly for situations like this.
