The RIO DirectCore Tarpon excels at being a floating line for oceanside migrating fish in shallow water, and backcountry laid up fish. It loads and punches quickly for easy short shots. Back taper stabilizes the loop and makes for easy pickup and second shot. Mid-length taper is easy to haul and makes longer shots possible while maintaining the ability to be presented softly.
