Do the sleeves have the thumb holes?
Is the hood slightly oversized to allow you to wear a cap at the same time?

Doesn’t have thumb holes, but it has thumb straps inside the sleeve that you can slip your thumb into to pull the sleeve over your hand or through a jacket. Yes the hood is designed to fit over a cap.
