Dumbbell Eyes Painted are lead eyes hand painted with pupils to give more life to streamer patterns. The dumbbell shape allows you to tie on the hook with cross-thread wraps. We like to put to tiny thread bumps on both sides of the eye to help keep them in place as you wrap them on.
