Web wing material will not cut with wing cutter. Any suggestions?

Same for me, and yes I used the rubber pad..Cutter will not penetrate the synthetic. I ended using the cutter to create a cardboard template, then traced the pattern on the wing foam and cut out with scissors. 32 wings took a lot of time.
