The new Lamson Litespeed M is a fully redesigned big game saltwater that performs under the pressure of the largest fish. The fully sealed, extremely lightweight, incredible large arbor sets the new standard in today’s fly reels. CNC machined with material distributed artfully along critical load paths, stable and strong, so light you might forget it’s there, but beautiful enough to make you remember it is. fixed spindle, large heat-wicking conical surfaces, click stop drag knob. The LSM incorporates close tolerance composite bearings, and comes equipped with the same linear spring set found on LSF, optimized for each reel size. Like our Cobalt reel, it holds an IPX8 waterproof rating to 100.

Probably the best reel in its weight class. Ultra smooth, ultra light, great finishing and build, and the best spec sheet around. Love mine. Oh and if you’re not familiar with the ipx8 rating to 100ft.. look that up. No one rates their sealed drags because, are they actually sealed??! Not Lamson, this ones super legit.
